Conducting comprehensive Physiotherapy Assessments,
Developing innovative Care Plans ,
Implement and co-ordinate Pain Management clinics,
Providing Rehabilitation & Fall Prevention initiatives to resident,
Liaising with other Allied Health Professionals as well as members of staff at the facility,
Maintain Client Records in line with aged care standards,
Participate in continued Professional Development.
Requirements:
Current AHPRA Registration
A Degree in Physiotherapy
Effective written and verbal communication skills;
Effective interpersonal skills;
Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary health care team;
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality patient care.
